Do you offer warranty?
Yes, of course we do! If your device stops working due to component failure or some mistake from our side: we offer a 2 year warranty to the original owner. This means you send the device over and you´ll have to pay nothing more than shipping costs.
This only applies to devices that fail under normal use: only connect our devices to 9V-center negative power supplies, don´t modify anything on the inside or similar things that fall under wrong handle… we´ll notice. Even if it fails due to wrong useage: we´ll still repair the damage but you´ll have to pay our time, parts and extra cost on our side.
What’s your Refund Policy:
We do our best to build devices that last long and inspire you from the first moment. However: if the pedal does not live up to your expectations after buying it online and directly from our store, we offer a 14 day refund. Get in touch via mail and we´ll find a way to get everyone satisfied
Do you offer Modifications or Custom-pedals?
You like a pedal from our store but you wish it just had a bit more of “X” or a bit less of “Y”? You want your metal distortion pedal in a pink enclosure with neon green print? Get in touch! We love custom jobs and we´ll find out what´s possible and what´s not!
How long will it take for my pedal to arrive?
Most of our pedals are made to order and will ship within 14-20 days after you placed your order: we’re doing our best to be faster but as a small business we can’t promise anything here.
No. All our pedals have their own circuitry and we put a lot of effort into offering things that are not available from any other company. All pedals are built on high quality printed circuit boards which we design ourselves. However it´s not possible to reinvent the wheel, so some of our pedals have roots in classic pedal circuits - but refined and heavily modified to the point that it’s something entirely new. We also won´t do custom pedals that are clones of current production models of other companies.
